These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of BuildX Pro, a construction management SaaS platform ("Service"). By creating an account or accepting an invite, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the company/tenant you represent.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data your company enters into the Service (projects, financials, vendor and employee records) and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Access is scoped per-tenant; you may not attempt to access another company's data.
