This Privacy Policy explains what data BuildX Pro collects to operate the Service — account and profile information, company/project records you and your team enter, and usage/audit logs used for security monitoring.
Data is scoped per tenant (company) and is not shared with other companies using the platform. Sensitive fields (e.g. bank details, statutory IDs) are encrypted at rest. You may request export or deletion of your company's data by contacting your account administrator or support.
